  1. DELIVERY FEE & SERVICE CHARGE

We deliver to Metro Manila and some nearby provinces. Delivery will take 3 to 7 days from the date of purchase.

Metro Manila

Delivery

For Fixtures, Striplights, Profiles etc.

  • Free shipping for orders Php 20,000 and above
  • Php 500 for orders under Php 20,000

For Overstock Item

  • Free shipping for orders Php 5,000 and above
  • Standard shipping fee for orders under Php 5,000 depends on weight and size of the product.

Provincial

Delivery / Onsite Charge

  • CALABARZON: Php 1,000
  • Luzon (Central/South/North): Php 2,000
  • Visayas and Mindanao: Depends on courier/logistic rate

For Overstock Item

  • Standard shipping fee may apply

Standard Shipping Fee

  • Minimum - Php 85 (NCR Only)
  • Maximum - Php 8,000 (49.01kg)

Terms of Delivery for Indent Order

If on stock from supplier:

  • VIA AIR SHIPMENT: 3-5 DAYS
  • VIA SEA SHIPMENT: 20-25 DAYS
  • IF UNDER PRODUCTIONS:
  • VIA AIRSHIPMENT 45 DAYS PLUS 2-3 DAYS VIA AIR SHIPMENT DAYS
  • VIA SEA SHIPMENT 75 DAYS PLUS 20-25 DAYS VIA SEA SHIPMENT

Warranty Services

  • Supply Items – for replacement; such as busted, flickering covered by damages.
  • Warranty Limitations: Physical damages, exposure to high temp., fire or water submersion voids warranty.

Technical Service Charging/Labor Charging

  • 1 Installer 8-5pm – 750/person
  • 1 installer 5-11pm – 1000/person
  • *Materials-Other misc. not included
  1. WARRANTY POLICY

There will be a two (2) years warranty for all our products sold here from the date it was purchased except for products that have been sold from a sale or discounted price in which will only have 7 days replacement from the date it was delivered.

  1. RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Returning of the item/s are only accepted within 5 days from the date that the customer has received the item. The item should be in the same new and good condition and also in the same packaging or else it will not be allowed.

  1. RESTOCKING FEE

20% of items SRP Price will be charge once client/customer change item s upon closing/fully deliver the items. Excluded delivery charging and vat ex.
